Busy commercial gyms can be an intimidating place. That’s why we’re based in a private studio where the only people inside are those with their coaches. No more fighting for equipment, train in a friendly and welcoming community of like minded people in a space that’s designed to get you the best workout possible.

In it together

At Unity, we don’t have the usual trainer - client relationship. It’s not about us telling you what to do and you’re to blame if you don’t do it. Here, we’re a team. We’re here to hold your hand and spur you on every step of the way. It’s our goal to make the process as easy as possible for you. If you go off track then it's on us to make the process easier for us to make it easier for you to stick to. We’re in it together.
