The 30-day social media system for businesses that have no time

Every failed business social account died the same death: enthusiasm in week one, silence by week six. Not from laziness, from the absence of a system. Posting from inspiration means posting until inspiration runs out, and it always runs out.

Here is the 30-day system we run for clients, designed for businesses where nobody has spare hours: four post types, one batching session, every platform covered. Copy it exactly.

The four post types, one per week

Week 1: the answer post. One real customer question, answered properly, as a designed carousel. Pull from your inbox and DMs, never from imagination. This is your discovery content, the kind that gets saved and quietly builds authority.

Week 2: the service story. One service, told as a narrative: the problem, the turn, the transformation, the proof, one call to action. This is your closing content. One per month is enough; more starts reading as advertising.

Week 3: the proof post. A review turned into a designed quote graphic, a before and after, a result with a real number, a completed project. Proof is what converts the people your other posts attracted.

Week 4: the human post. Behind the scenes, the team at work, a day in the business, a lesson learned. This is what makes the account feel alive when a Google visitor checks whether you are real, and it is the easiest post of the month: a phone photo and honesty.

Four core posts per month. Fewer than you think you need, more consistent than what you are doing now, and consistency is the entire game.

One batching session

Block two hours on the first Monday of the month:

  1. 1
Pick the four topics: one question, one service, one proof, one human moment
  2. 2
Write all four captions in one sitting, while the voice is warm
  3. 3
Design the two carousels from your saved templates, brand fonts and colors locked
  4. 4
Create the platform variants: the LinkedIn reframe, the short X version, the conversational Facebook take
  5. 5
Schedule everything with a free scheduling tool, then close the laptop

The month is done. Anything extra you post later, a spontaneous photo, a share, a story, is bonus on top of a base that never breaks.

The rules that keep the system alive

Never skip a month; shrink instead. Two posts in a brutal month preserves the habit, and the habit is the asset. Keep one visual template family so every post looks related and the grid reads as a brand. Answer every comment and DM within a day, because the algorithm and the customer both notice. And point every post somewhere: profile link, website, booking, call. Content without a next step is decoration.

When to hand it off

This system takes two to three hours a month once templates exist. If those hours genuinely do not exist, or the design keeps slipping, hand the system off rather than abandoning it. What matters is that the rhythm survives, because the account that posts four good things every month, forever, beats every burst of brilliance followed by silence.
